Ingredients

  • Flatbread: 2 Stonefire flatbreads (Kroger or Trader Joe’s—homemade works too)

  • Olive Oil: 2 tbsp (Trader Joe’s Garlic Olive Oil works great)

  • Pizza Sauce: ½–¾ cup Rao’s Pizza Sauce (or marinara)

  • Mozzarella:

    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

    • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, sliced

  • Pepperoni: ~15 slices per flatbread

  • Italian Sausage: ½ lb, cooked and drained

  • Fresh Jalapeño: 1, thinly sliced

  • Fresh Basil: ~1 tbsp, chopped

  • Hot Honey: 2 tbsp (Mike’s Hot Honey or homemade)

  • Balsamic Glaze: 1–2 tbsp (Trader Joe’s)

Preparation

  1. Preheat Oven: Set to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.

  2. Prepare Flatbread: Brush flatbread lightly with garlic olive oil.

  3. Layer Sauce: Spread ~⅓–½ cup pizza sauce evenly over each flatbread.

  4. Cheese Layer: Add 1 cup shredded mozzarella + fresh mozzarella slices per flatbread.

  5. Toppings: Layer on pepperoni, cooked sausage, and jalapeños.

  6. Bake: Place in oven for ~10 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and edges crisp.

  7. Finish: Remove from oven. Drizzle with hot honey, balsamic glaze, and sprinkle fresh basil.

  8. Rest: Let cool 5–10 minutes, slice, and enjoy.
